St. Peter’s Square: 2005 vs. 2013

NBC posted a powerful image of St. Peter’s Square showing how different things looked in 2005 when Pope Benedict was chosen from the new world of 2013 with Pope Francis:

Rome 2005 vs. 2013

My guess is that in 10-20 years when the next Pope is chosen, Google Glass and other similar products will make the screens disappear.

  1. It’s interesting that Google Glass will make the screens disappear from sight only because they will become our sight.

  2. Seems that everyone was in focus in 2005. Not so in 2013. Do you think that the photographic fields were purposely set up that way.

  3. I’m impressed, I have to admit. Seldom do I come across a blog that’s equally educative and interesting, and let me tell you,
you have hit the nail on the head. The issue is something which too few
folks are speaking intelligently about. I’m very happy I found this in my search for something regarding this.

  4. Amazing things here. I am very glad to peer your article.

Thank you so much and I’m looking ahead to contact you.
